Advanced Diploma in E-Governance is a full-time two-year course affiliated to Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. It aims to provide students with an all-round view of e-governance. Students will gain skills, knowledge, understanding and leadership qualities needed to deal with complex E-governance projects in a systematic and structured manner. The course gives the ideas and development of service delivery models for improving the quality of service to the citizen and to broaden the scope of E-governance in various sectors and services.
