Course Description

The course of ATC Training is intended to give students an establishment level of learning and comprehension of the work as an air traffic controller and the total Air Traffic Management (ATM) framework. Successful completion of this course enables them to progress further onto rating training courses. A number of the basic ATC course’s theoretical components are similar to the requirements for pilot training on account of the nearby entomb relationship inside the avionics condition. During the course students will learn: aviation law and tules of the air, air traffic management, principles of flight, aircraft equipment and systems, human factors meteorology, and navigation.

Eligibilty

A candidate must have either 3 years of progressively responsible work experience, a bachelor's degree, a combination of postsecondary education and work experience totaling three years, or obtain a degree through an Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-approved Air Traffic Collegiate Training Initiative (AT-CTI).Only Indian Nationals who have one of the following educational qualifications (with minimum 60% marks) can apply for the post of Junior Executive (ATC). Regular full time Bachelor's Degree (3 years) in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics and Mathematics from a recognized university.
