Course Description

B.Arch Urban and Regional Planning is a full-time course. The course provides theoretical and practical knowledge based on live government and corporate clients in the country having design of large townships, institutions, landscaped environmental planning to conservation of heritage sites and buildings etc. Students gain proficiency with the procedure of development of business structures, shopping centers, buildings, interstates development, and common development by applying their inventive thoughts and scientific aptitudes. It likewise incorporates the hypothesis and practice of the planning process and just as the business drawing systems. Practically they will learn about photography, art & advanced visual communication, computer-aided design & simulation, energy-efficient design, facility planning and specialized building design, building automation & management systems and many more related areas work. housing and community planning, heritage studies and conservation, urban design visual and graphic design, metropolitan designing is also considered as a part of studies from practical as well as research work.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have qualified 10+2 (any stream + English) or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
