The course explores the artistic creation of the moving image and also the craft and technology of cinematography and videography to increase predictability and consistency, In order to enhance the experimentation in the creation of the moving image. The program prepares the candidates for various information, moods, feelings, and ideas through the making and production of films and videos. The course includes instruction in film technology; the theory of film; and equipment operation; film directing; film production; film editing; film audio; cinematographic art; techniques for making specific types of films and/or videos; the candidates use computer applications to record or enhance images, audio or effect and the planning and management of film/video operations.
