Course Description
is a 3 year undergraduate course. The course curriculum covers topics like Family Resource Management, Nutrition and Dietetics, Child Development, Introduction to Home-Economics, Branches of Home-Economics, their utility in daily life, Decision Making, Elements of Art & Design, Principles of Art and design, Flower Arrangement, etc. The course takes a theoretical and practical based approach. On completion of the course, one can work as Administrative Coordinator, Assistant Food Service Director, Business Manager, College Administrator, Dining Room Supervisor, etc. Applicants can further go into research or become a lecturer.
