Course Description

The course deals with the various aspects of the social world including the psychological nature of men and women and the barriers between the different social strata. It also explains the relationship between various individuals, their experiences, and their attitudes. The course also provides basic knowledge and skills needed for the understanding and analysis of problems related to the management of people at work in industrial, commercial, public, and other humanitarian organizations.
