Course Description

BBA LL.B (Hons.) Corporate Law is a 5 years law integrated programme that combines Law studies with Bachelors of Business Administration especially in Corporate Law which is a legal system that is connected to forming, owning and operating corporations or firm. Students are imparted with knowledge in concepts like Principles and Practices of Management, Quantitative Techniques for Decision Making, Legal Methods and Legal Reasoning, Law of Contract, Organizational Behaviour, Business Mathematics, Corporate Governance, Labour laws etc. Candidates can expect to work as Lawyers in Legal department of private firms as well as for Government as Legal prosecution for judicial system as well as Civil services. Starting salaries can be expected to range between 5 to 10 Lakhs per annum. Eligibility criteria is Merit based and candidates are expected to complete 10+2 or equivalent in commerce stream with minimum 55% and are expected to give entrance exams like CLAT, LSAT or ULSAT according to University criteria. Average Fees for the course is between 1 lakhs to 3 Lakhs INR per annum depending on the institution.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have qualified 10+2 (any stream + English) or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
