Bachelor of Hotel Management Catering & Technology is a four-year, full-time course that trains the candidates in the operational roles and practices of Housekeeping, Computers, Hotel Management, Financial Management, Front Office, and so on. The aim of the course is to enable the candidates with the skills and knowledge required to ace any task that may be allocated to them in the hospitality sector. The course provides a comprehensive understanding of the workings of the hotel administration, its environment, and management, basically all the aspects of a successfully-run hotel. The course gives students the platform to gain proficiency with the cooking of a level proportional to culinary specialists and seek after it as their vocation.
