Course Description

B.Sc.-Bakery & Confectionery provides students an in-depth knowledge of the scientific and technical approaches which are required to understand the nature of raw food materials. This course helps students in understanding the basic concepts such as the composition of food, food, and nutrition, physicochemical and microbiological properties. Candidates will qualify with in-depth bakery knowledge, hands-on capabilities in making contemporary products and entrepreneurial competencies.

Eligibilty

candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent from a recognized board with an aggregate of at least 50% marks.
