Course Description

B.Sc (Hons) in Food and Nutrition is a branch of science which enables the candidates to apply their knowledge of biological science and the chemical composition of food towards the understanding of production and consumption aspects of food and how it’s preservation can affect the level of nutrition. The candidates gain a deeper insight into the nutritional value, conservation of food products and the aspects that leads to rotting of food materials with the help of theoretical and practical study.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have qualified 10+2 (Science) or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
