Course Description
B.Tech. Food Engineering and Technology is 4 years undergraduate degree program.The objective of the course is to provides effective utilization of food resources, minimize damage to the inherent nutritional value of food. This course deals with study of research and development, with basic knowledge of application. The course curriculum includes study of Food fermentation technology, Food plant safety & hazard analysis, Food packaging technology, Bakery & confectionery technology, food and physical texture,food microbiology, Food Processing, Food Biochemistry, Dairy plant engineering, Computer skills, Food industry waste management.
