B. Tech Surface Coating Technology is a course in the field of plastic/polymer technology. The curriculum covers areas such as polymer physics and rubber compounding based on industrial needs. It lets student develop their skills in exploring and engineering in, new trends to cover the surface such as the outer covering of wires need to be covered by plastic or rubber compounds and how to make it safe for use by using standard teaching, research methods and industry-related practical project work.
