Course Description

Bachelor of Technology in Urban and Regional Planning is four years full time course. The course focuses on some of the core areas of study such as land conservation, infrastructure planning, urban development management, legal issues and project planning,city and metropolitan planning, environment, urban planning, development and disaster management. This program aims to develop a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts of urban development and management. The primary objective of this course is to create individuals with an advanced knowledge-base, necessary skill set and extensive training to work in some of the major industries.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have qualified 10+2 (science stream + English) or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
