Course Description
Diploma in Electronics and Production Technology course involves the learning of fundamentals of designing, manufacturing, assembling, testing and distribution of produced final products. From the production of printed circuit boards to high tech consumer electronics, gain skills in a variety of production tasks. Students learn the fundamental principles in electronics and their manufacturing processes like soldering which are of various types, different materials for soldering like solder, flux and therefore the soldering iron itself, soldering techniques and the placement process for mounting components on the circuit board. Depending upon the amount of components to mount, the processes are manual or automated and they will learn of the varied standards and legislations that cover the manufacturing of electronic components.
