Course Description

Diploma in Environmental Pollution and Control The course curriculum explores pollution and degradation of environmental quality as a consequence of the interactions between natural and human systems. It aims to enable students to know environmental problems, watching causal linkages between pollution sources, exposure pathways and impacts to environmental quality and human health. Students enrolled learn about environmental chemistry, physics & statistics, environmental monitoring and management, unit operations and processes, air and noise and water pollution prevention and control, management of solid wastes, industrial hygiene, safety and occupational health.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have qualified 10+2 (any stream) or its equivalent from a recognized board of education with at least 60% marks in aggregate.
