Course Description

After finishing the Diploma in Sports Law curriculum, students will have a solid understanding of the laws and legal framework that govern sports. A few of the topics covered in the series include contract negotiations, intellectual property rights, athlete representation, anti-doping rules, and sports-related difficulties.

Eligibilty

Candidates must have completed their bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution. Some programs may also accept candidates with a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as technology, computer science, or information technology, if they have sufficient relevant work experience or demonstrate a strong interest in internet law and policy.
