LL.M. with specialization in Energy Law / Law and Technology is a post graduate Law specialization programme of 1 year. This programme is a comprehensive study in legal aspects of the energy industry and students get a chance to learn about recent regulatory shifts, economic changes etc that continuously affect the Energy industry. Some of the important syllabus covered in this programme are, Research method and legality, Comparative Public law system/system of government, Oil and Gas Law policy, Regulatory framework for Energy sector, Mining and Natural resource law.
