Course Description

Intellectual Property Law deals with rights to inventions, discoveries, designs, musical and artistic works, literary phrases and symbols as well as words. An LLM IPR law degree provides an academic specialization at the master’s level to assist students with the existing laws and norms. It also helps to examine various rights within the international intellectual property system and framework. Students will study the most important components of international intellectual property law, such as copyright, patents, and trademarks, and how these forms of intellectual property are protected.

Eligibilty

The candidates should have a bachelor's degree in law or any other relevant stream from a recognized university with an aggregate of 55% marks.
