Course Description

LLM - International Law and Development is a 1 or 2-year course that covers the specifics of international law. It is the second most popular LLM specialization available in India. The main topics covered in this course include Jurisprudence and Constitutional Law with a focus on the Trans-national aspects of each topic. The course also gives students the opportunity to critically evaluate the legal rules and underlying policies concerning International Law.
