Course Description
The study of Intellectual property and rights includes collection and interpretation of data collected through surveys, annual reports of the Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs, Trademarks and Geographical Indications, Government of India and its publications, other published research reports and studies and interviews and opinions of experts. The main aim of the study is to encourage the creation of a wide variety of intellectual goods. The study of the law aids the economic development of a country by promoting healthy competition and encouraging industrial development and economic growth.
