Course Description
MA Culinary Arts deals with the study to prepare, cook as well as present food/ meals in an effective and attractive manner. It also inculcates technical and managerial skills which help them to excel in the culinary sector of the hospitality industry. The main objective of MA Culinary Arts is to help students gain experience in the kitchen while studying the business of cost control, sanitation, and safety, menu and beverage management, nutrition, and kitchen management.
