Course Description
MA in Communication is a full-time 2-year program that is designed to develop a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts involved in the study of mass communication by imparting an extensive and advanced theoretical knowledge as well as practical training. This course focuses on the analysis of political, cultural and socio-economic factors that shape and affect mass media. The primary objective of this course is to cover the core areas of study such as Media and Society, Reporting and Editing for Print Media, Advanced Photography, Integrated Marketing Communications, Techniques of Graphic Communication and Visual Design, Communication Research, Advanced Skills in Broadcast Journalism, Film Studies, Media Politics and Social Perspectives etc.
