Course Description

MA in Museology is concerned with the diachronic study of museums and how they have established and developed in their role as an educational mechanism under social and political pressures. It involves researching ancient history using material evidence such as manuscripts, artifacts, tools, earthenware, pottery, houses, dwellings, graves, and so on.Graduates can find job at universities, national conservatories, museums, and many other institutes of learning.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in Science, History or Art History or Fine Arts and Archaeology or discipline from a recognized university with Minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
