MBA in Operations Management and Systems is a post-graduation management specialisation course of 2 years duration. It is a business management program that related to planning, creating and facilitating production in an organization. The course covers a wide range of fundamentals of business management related to Operations like Business Analytics, Supply Chain and Logistics control, Operational Strategies, Lean and Project Management, Business Process Reengineering, Business Intelligence, Innovation and Technology management, Operational service management etc. Upon completion of the programme candidates can expect to get placements as Operations Manager, Process managers, Plant Manager, Inventory Manager, Supply Chain Manager in Medium to Large scale MNCs. Starting salaries can be expected to range from 4 to 15 Lakhs per annum depending on the company and job position.
