MBA in Quantitative Finance is a post-graduation specialisation course of 2 years duration. It is a business management program that imparts knowledge of how to use mathematical models like probabilities and statistics to assess financial risks and benefits involved in Pricings and Investments of an organisation. The course covers a wide range of fundamentals of business management related to quantitative finance like Computational Finance, Asset pricing, Econometrics, Financial Management, Risk management, Financial Security etc at improving organisation’s financial goals Upon completion of the programme candidates can expect to get placements as Quantitative Analysts, Quantitative risk analysts, Project Analysts, Trading strategist, Quantitative model developer etc. Starting salaries can be expected to range from 5 to 15 Lakhs per annum depending on the company.
