Course Description
LLM in Medical and Health Law is a full-time 2-year program that aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts of Medical and Health Laws. Healthcare Law includes both litigious as well as non-litigious cases. Typically speaking litigious cases revolve around medical negligence cases, which can be in the form of claims made in clinical, dental or hospital negligence spheres. Non-litigious cases include transactional work in the field of healthcare. This program aims to create professionals that have advanced, in-depth theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the field, necessary skillset, and extensive training required to work in some of the major industries of this field.
