Course Description
LLM Intellectual Property & Trade Law is the branch of legal studies that focuses on developing, implementing and enforcing intellectual property rights such as copyrights, patents, trademarks or licenses. It also incorporates other legal areas, such as contract law, tort law and litigation. This program aims to create professionals that have advanced, in-depth theoretical as well as practical knowledge of the field, necessary skillset, and extensive training required to work in some of the major industries of this field.
