M.Sc. Dairy Technology is a 2-years duration course that covers production, processing, preservation, packaging, labelling, and quality management. Dairy based technology is an upcoming and a very trending technology. It has its roots in the past hundreds of years, however, this particular dairy based technology has been in India from past 50 years (approximately) providing the services of the dairy products. This entire process includes various steps and procedure including basic processing and managing (handling) the product.
