Course Description
M.Sc in Applied Psychology is a 2 year postgraduate degree. Applied psychology is the use of methods and findings of scientific psychology to solve practical problems of human and animal behaviour and experience. The wide range of course curriculum covers topics such as Advanced General Psychology, LifeSpan Psychology, Advanced Social Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Psychopathology and mental hygiene, Research methodology, Health psychology, Human resource management, etc. On completion of the degree, one can work as a Community relations officer, a developmental psychologist, research psychologist, child-support specialist, clinical psychologist, neuropsychologist, clergymen, psychiatric assistant, school psychologist, social psychologist etc.
