Course Description

M.Sc. in Ecology, Society and Sustainable Development is 2 years post-graduate degree program.The course has been intended for fulfilling the need of the developing needs of specialists in the fields of ecological manageability, biodiversity protection, energy use, environment developments, Eco-theory, natural calamities, biodiversity and pollution control. The course focuses on teaching students about environmental and natural resources, environmental technology, improving sustainability at local and global levels, relationships between ecosystems, advanced methodologies for resource conservation, natural resource usage and so on. The subject also covers the study of subjects for example understanding of earth procedures, evaluating alternative energy frameworks, mitigation and pollution control, natural resource management, effects of global climate change.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in science with environmental studies or in relevant faculty or discipline from a recognized university with Minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
