Course Description

M.Sc. Rural Technology deals with the development of new techniques, ideas and technologies for improving the quality of life and monetary prosperity of individuals living in moderately segregated and inadequately populated territories. Students find out about different innovations and applications that are being created which incorporate energy(for lighting, cooking, transportation, and horticulture), water (for local utilization and development), farming (better seeds, practices, and devices), manufacturing(small scale, agro-based, and so on.), sanitation, wellbeing, transportation, etc.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed B.Sc. degree in Agriculture, Zoology, Botany, Horticulture, Forestry or Biochemistry from a recognized university with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
