Course Description
M.Tech in Dairy Technology is a 2 years postgraduate programme. The main aim of this programme is to train the students with the application of science and technology in dairy and related biological systems. This course means to bring about the entrepreneur skills of the students to spread knowledge. A majority portion of this program deals with storage, handling, planning, removing of harmful toxins, designing the products. The study of applied science for animal nutrition is also covered in this course.
