Course Description

The course provides knowledge on topics like - Fundamentals of electric drives, dynamics of electric drives, multi quadrant operation, closed-loop control of drives and many other areas related to the course. This course course help to provide an up to date introduction on power electronics and a dynamic course in power electronics and drives and its related applications. This course combines conventional technologies with state of the art technologies such as electronics, power semiconductor devices, digital signal processors, electromagnetic, EMC, control theory, and energy technology.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in B.E/B.Tech from a recognized university with Minimum of 55% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams and require a valid GATE score for admission to this course.
