Course Description

Environmental and Energy management is concern with the diverse facet involved in private and public environmental and energy management. The program is to prepare future decision-makers in government, non-governmental organizations and various companies to investigate and act in an environmentally pro-active way when making decisions about production,resource utilization and policy. It wants to broaden the scope of knowledge and skills of participants, contributing to capacity building in the field of sustainable development. The course helps to develop skills in the cost-effective management of energy resources and in managing commercial and industrial development within environmental constraints.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in B.E/B.Tech. or equivalent in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering or Masters degree in Science with Mathematics from a recognized university with Minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams and require a valid GATE score for admission to this course.
