Course Description

M. Tech Food process Technology is the study of food chemicals, nutrition value and biochemistry concepts related to different arenas of food and packaging items. Students are trained on basic engineering topics in reference to fruits and vegetables, grains, oil seeds, plantation crops, meat, poultry, milk process and preservation techniques.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed B. Tech. or B.E. or equivalent Degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
