Course Description

Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Food Quality Management is 2 year post graduation program divided into 4 semester. This course trains student regarding the food quality check and its management. Students are taught to ensure that food products meet standards set by both companies and regulatory authorities. This course also deals with the development and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors.
