Course Description

M.Tech Food Technology and Engineering is a 2- year full- time postgraduate course divided into 4 semesters. This course deals with Optimization techniques in food technology. It helps students to get core understanding in international food legislation's & standards, food quality control, meat and marine technology etc.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in relevant faculty or discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
