Course Description

M.Tech Food Technology and Management is a full-time 2 year post graduation program divided into 4 semester. It is only Food Technology which can reduce the gap between available food by changing the mode of a finished product and harvested food i.e., processing, packaging and storage conditions, etc. The course helps for planning and managing a production process from raw materials to finished product taking food safety and quality into account.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree in relevant faculty or discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
