Course Description

Master of Technology in Computational Analysis in Mechanical Sciences is a multidisciplinary course is a combination of Biology, Computer Science, and Informatics, including Mathematics and Biophysics. The course aims to educate the candidates on the application of computational models to solve biology-related issues and even devise new pathways for the development or design of new drugs. The course curriculum consists of subjects like Bioinformatics Resources, Molecular modelling, Thermodynamics and kinetics, Computer-aided drug design, Classical and quantum mechanics, Computational structural biology, and so on.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech) in relevant faculty or discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate and a valid score in GATE. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
