Course Description

M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering is a post graduation course that focuses on imparting the knowledge required for the application of principles of soil mechanics and rock mechanics for investigation and study of subsurface materials and conditions. This study or assessment is then used in the planning of the design and construction of risk-proof support structures.

Eligibilty

The Candidate should have Bachelor's degree BE/B.Tech from a recognized university with an aggregate of at least 60% marks. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
