Course Description

M.Tech. Nanomedical Sciences or Master of Technology in Nanomedical Sciences is a two-year postgraduate Nanotechnology course. ‘Nanomedicine’ is the science and technology of diagnosing, treating and preventing disease and traumatic injury, of relieving pain, and of preserving and improving human health, using molecular tools and molecular knowledge of the human body. Nano Medicine is an emerging area, which focuses on imaging, early diagnosis, pathological tissue analysis, and drug delivery. Several areas of medical care are already benefiting from the advantages that nanotechnology can offer. The course helps to identify a disease at the earliest possible stage. The program prepares the students to take up positions as a junior scientist at the entry level of any industries like - Material Chemistry, Nano lithography, Factories of Nano devices, Commercial cosmetics, Nano Medicine, Medical Electronics, Bio-Medical Industry.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have qualified B.E./B.Tech in engineering or sciences discipline from a recognized university within an aggregate of at least 60% marks. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams
