Course Description

M.Tech (Mechanical Engg. With specialization in Manufacturing & Automation Tech.) is a 2 years postgraduate course. The course curriculum covers topics like Experimental Design, Data Analysis and Quality Control, Robotics and Manufacturing Automation, Advanced Machine Tool Design, Additive Manufacturing Processes, Machines and Applications, Advanced Materials and Processing, etc. The course takes a theoretical and practical based approach. On completion of the course, one can work as a Manufacturing engineer, Assistant controller, Project manager, Quality Inspector, etc. Applicants can further go into research or become a lecturer.
