Course Description

Thermal Engineering is a postgraduate course involving- on an advanced level- concepts of energy efficiency, renewable energy & environmental preservation, and their entwinement with classical energy technologies and recently discovered technologies. Enrolled candidates are trained in design, development, and simulation and to explore new areas in Thermal Energy Systems and allied sciences. The first two semesters of the course involve theoretical subjects & laboratory sessions, while the third semester is about theory & project work and the fourth semester focusses fully on project work.

Eligibilty

The candidate should have completed B.Tech./B.E. / M.Sc. or equivalent degree from a recognized university with Minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Many colleges conduct Entrance exams for admission to this course.
