Course Description
Master Diploma in Hotel Management program has been designed to offer to eligible candidates specialization in a wide range of food and beverage skills, while at the same time building competence in a particular area of restaurant & hotels. The program aims to build in students a competent business acumen through advanced study of general subjects such as Food & Beverage Production, Housekeeping Management, Front Office Management, Nutrition & Food Hygiene, Kitchen Operations Management, later allowing them to specialize in a chosen area.
