Course Description
Master of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (MHMCT) is aimed at improving the candidates' professional hospitality skills and knowledge of the developing catering industry. Students gain an in-depth knowledge of the field by practical works and internships at hotels and restaurants. Some of the topics include Quality Services & Operation Management, Research & Quantitative Method, Human Resource Management & Industrial Relation, Financial & Management Accounting, Tourism Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management.
