Course Description
Candidtates upgrade and enhance their strong interest in the practice of shaping the physical form of urban areas and in the design of public places. The study predominantly is concerned with the design of new neighborhoods, urban regeneration, and design of public places. The study of the urban development of cities includes the history of city development from an architectural point of view, to the impact of urban design on community development efforts. Candidates learn addressing complex problems like urban poverty, gentrification, climate change, or educational inequality.
