Course Description

Apheresis technique called PDCC (Pre-Deposition Cell Collection) is used to extract certain blood cells from a donor\'s blood. The technique involves circulating the blood from the donor through a machine that separates the required cells from the other blood components. Platelets, which are crucial for blood coagulation and frequently required for patients undergoing chemotherapy or other medical treatments, are frequently collected via PDCC.

Eligibilty
