Course Description
A one-year postgraduate program called the PG Certificate in Yoga Therapy provides learners with information about the therapeutic applications of yoga. The use of yoga as a complementary therapy for a range of ailments and health issues, including cardiovascular diseases, respiratory problems, musculoskeletal disorders, and mental health conditions, is covered in the course. Students acquire knowledge of the fundamentals of Ayurveda and how they relate to yoga therapy. The program also incorporates supervised clinical practice.
