Ph.D. Food Engineering covers some vital topics like Nutrition and bioscience, Food quality control, Adulteration, Toxicology, etc.
This course involves a close study of the topics associated with food science. a number of these topics are Food Chemistry, Food biochemistry, etc. alongside study on Vegetable Technology, Cereal Technology, Poultry and piscary Technology, farm Technology, etc.
Along with these subjective topics, the course will also involve mandatory coursework, which each candidate should complete so as to begin researching.
