Course Description
Ph.D in Soil Science And Water Management is 3-5 years research based program.In this course the students are taught about the various functioning parts of the plant.The program that aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts and focuses on soil significance and importance as well as sustainable resources. The course provides research of the chemical, physical and biological properties of soil; manures and fertilizers and their communication with soil and plant; improvement and support of soil fertility for maintained optimum agricultural production; utilization of organic residues (wastes) as manure; and soil test-crop response correlation studies.The course also consists of project work and generating thesis at the end of the program, the topic will be suggested by the faculty of the colleges.
